Absolute Siberia, Russia – EM250
Absolute Siberia will be supporting and highlighting WTM WRTD during the construction of the Cultural Center in the Tofa Village.  Thanks to Absolute Siberia’s tour product development and ‘Return of Reindeer’ Project the community of the Tofa ethnic minorities in the Irkutsk region will receive funding to help them maintain their culture and reindeer breeders way of life.  The Tofa children will be able to learn more about their ancient past, their native language will be taught and special hobby classes will be organized to help the kids use their customs in their contemporary life.  The organisation will also highlight the day to their tour operations.

Agrotravel Turismo Responsable are supporting WTM WRTD for the first time this year and will be highlighting the day through their website, at exhibitions and fairs, through media communications and their social networks.

WTM WRTD
Supporting WTM WRTD for another year, Anatolian Adventures will be highlighting the day on their website, through their social media, in all their company newsletters and media communications.

WRTD
aQa Consulting 3.0 will be supporting WTM WRTD for their third year by highlighting and promoting the day through all their communications, studies and social networking presence.  The organization will also be including the WTM WRTD Logo in the news section of their website together with the WTM WRTD videos.

Supporting WTM WRTD for the first time this year, ArchiMete will be highlighting the day on their website including news about their ‘green’ services such as a tourist minibus and energy and water savers for their building.

Artviva Original & Best Tours, Italy – EM1660
Supporting WTM WRTD for the first time this year, Artviva will be highlighting the day by offering a free 1-hour tour visiting unexplored areas of Florence. The tour will cover the Oltrarno area on the other side of the Arno river to that of the historical city centre where to this day, many of the local artisans still ply their ancient trades.  Artviva will also promote the way in which their tours adhere to responsible tourism ideals in respecting the local community and its culture.
 

Association UZAP
Association UZAP, Croatia 
Supporting WTM WRTD for the second time, Association UZAP will be highlighting WTM WRTD 2012 through their website and magazine.  2012 will also see their “International Green Tourism Conference” taking place in Opatija, Croatia in the Spring.  Association UZAP are also organising their next international conference for sustainable tourism in Croatia, planned for Spring 2013.

Catalan Tourist Board, Spain – EM1640
Supporting WTM WRTD for the first time, the Catalan Tourist Board will be speaking at the WTM WRTD Is the Industry doing enough to cater for people with disabilities? session on Thursday 8 November, 11.00 in South Gallery Rooms 19 & 20. The Tourist Board will also launch the new version of their website on WTM WRTD, 7th of November, www.turismeperatothom.com, that includes the accessible label AAA and will also include the WTM WRTD logo.

Eco Gozo
Eco-Gozo, Malta Tourism Authority – EM1150
Gozo is set to become an ‘Eco Island’ by 2020, the Eco-Gozo initiative is set to transform Gozo and Gozitan society into a sustainable reality – through education, economic development and social progress. Various initiatives have been introduced as part of Eco Gozo, including a new Eco-Schools programme, which focuses on Environmental Education and Sustainable Development for Gozitan school children.  Eco-Gozo, Malta Tourism Authority will be highlighting WTM WRTD with a dedicated information reception desk for Gozo and information on the ECO-GOZO 2020 vision together with the chance to sample traditional food delicacies from the island of Gozo at their stand.

Eco Turkey Travel, UK based 
Eco Turkey Travel will be highlighting WTM WRTD once again on their website. The organization will also be sending news to their contacts, subscribers and friends through regular newsletters and emails.  2012 will see Eco Turkey Travel publish their Eco Turkey Responsible Travel Policy.

Egozero,Slovenia – EM500 
Egozero will officially open their web portal at the World Travel Market on Wednesday 7 November to highlight and support WTM WRTD 2012.  Egozero is a project, combining responsible and sustainable tourist partners and electric mobility and is designed to promote and implement responsible and sustainable principles into the tourist sector, enabling the already existing and emerging eco certified and nature close activities/services to come in a package with an electric car.

Supporting WTM WRTD for the first time this year, El Brogit-Ecotourism Catalonia will be highlighting the day through their website and social networks, including the logo in their monthly program and in all organised activities.

Elite Travel Elite Travel, Albania
Supporting WTM WRTD for another year, Elite Travel will be highlighting the day on their new website and in their company brochures.  Elite Travel want people to know and understand how important it is to love your country and build a better and more sustainable tourism industry that will serve to look after all the locals and their communities.

Explore World Heritage
Explore World Heritage, Ireland – EM1300 
Explore World Heritage are a responsible cultural tour company, using small locally owned hotels, transporters and taxis, and local guides. They have a responsible charter available online, responsible RT advice for their customers, RT guidelines for their hotels and for their guides. Their newest activity this year has been offering talks every 2 months on RT travel with topics ranging from ‘Responsible Travel, what does it mean?’ to ‘Buying local’.  During WRTD, they will focus on their RT products.

Supporting WTM WRTD for a third year, Forum Natura International will be highlighting WTM WRTD 2012 throughout the year both online and in their magazine, Naturalae. This year they will also be using the logo for workshops, seminars and lectures promoting Sustainable tourism in Spain as well as in Latin-America.

Supporting WTM WRTD for another year, Fundacion Ecoagroturismo will be highlighting the day on their websites, in their newsletter and through their social media.  They will also be highlighting the day during their workshops and presentations of their environmental quality system, and also at the Fair Biocultura Madrid, 8 - 11 November.

Supporting WTM WRTD for another year, Lawson Travel Group will be highlighting the day on their website, emails, brochures and flyers.  Their latest development is their Equal Travel program which is based on a fair-trade policy, it aims to work with local providers, cover the cost of sustainable production and improving working and living conditions for others.

Mascontour Tourism Consulting is an international consulting firm operating in the fields of tourism, regional development and organisational consulting. To celebrate and highlight WTM WRTD 2012 they will be promoting the day through their website and newsletter.

NATIVE Hotel & Accessible Tourism, Spain
NATIVE and the Spanish National Blind Association (ONCE) have designed a universal web platform that is accessible to people with disabilities, it is available in six languages and provides the user with information about charming hotels.  Supporting WTM WRTD for the first time this year, they will be highlighting WTM WRTD on their website, their Facebook page, in all of their communications, together with advertising pages in magazines and newspapers in Spain, Italy, Portugal and Morocco.

The North Cyprus Tourism Centre will be promoting its environmentally friendly and sustainable tourism projects on WRTD, with experts on hand to discuss the projects and initiatives currently underway. Literature will also be available on the stand and visitors will be encouraged to get involved and find out how to make their own organisations more environmentally friendly and responsible.  The North Cyprus Tourism Centre will also be launching their dedicated Responsible Tourism page on their website.

Supporting WTM WRTD for a third year, Puravera SL is a company that specializes in the creation, management and development of responsible rural tourism projects with a strong commitment to corporate social responsibility. The organization will be highlighting the day by publishing their guide for adventure tourism in the region of the Shire of la Vera which they are developing this year.

Supporting WTM WRTD for the first time this year, top level delegates from the CTO and Cyprus Sustainable Tourism Initiative will be discussing responsible tourism within the Republic of Cyprus during the exhibition with updates at www.visitcyprus.com.

Rukakesku Oy have been supporting WTM WRTD since 2008 which saw the introduction of their environmental program, put in place to minimize the impact of their operations. This year they will be highlighting WTM WRTD again on their websites.

Travel2help.org will be highlighting WTM WRTD again this year by publicizing the work that their volunteers will be doing throughout the year and supporting microfinance efforts in developing countries.  The organization is also hoping to issue a report of Social Responsibility on Wednesday 7 November.


Vatican Museums

This year the Vatican Museums will be supporting WTM WRTD with their latest activity to ensure maximum accessibility for everyone to their immense heritage. The Museums have become even more accessible by rendering further sections of the Museums wheelchair accessible. They are also proud to announce that visitors, including those with mobility difficulties, will be able to enjoy the unique experience of visiting the Vatican Gardens onboard their new electric minibuses, whilst respecting the environment.
